Load 230V max 16A

Sensor
NTC 10kOm

Termoregulator 16H

ТР-16Н has a built-in clock for time scheduling and a weekly timer that allows you to schedule different temperatures for each day of the week. On top of that it is possible to set up to 8 temperature points per day.
This device does not need re-setting of temperatures after turning off the test. All settings are protected in the low-power memory, except for the set main temperature (see main temperature setting).
The unit has a BAT 2032-3V battery - which allows the settings to be retained before a sudden power cut. The regulator has a control and fuse against short-circuit, and emergency signalling against too low or too high temperature. For convenient control there are such functions as: hysteresis temperature, emergency alarm, pause before switching on, three modes of operation (heating, cooling, interval), reset.

Meaning of the buttons

B- short pressing of a button - switching the settings in the menu or confirming the set meaning. Pressing and holding for 2 sec.

🠋- exit to previous menu, exit or enter into settings.
🠉- short press on this button - decrease the selected meaning. - short press of this button - increase of the selected meaning. If within 5 sec. If no button has been pressed within 5 sec, the controller will automatically exit to the main menu.

Setting the lower temperature alarm .....

Briefly press button B , to select the meaning of Ɐ in the settings menu. The display will show the temperature setting. Then use the 🠋 and 🠉 buttons to select the correct temperature for the alarm sounder and press button B
the controller will save the changes (there will be a short beep), and switch to the setting selection menu. After that you can enter to next settings by short pressing button B, or you can leave settings menu by holding down button B for 2 seconds. If no button is pressed within 5 seconds, the controller will automatically exit the settings menu.

Setting the operating mode of the controller

Briefly press button B to set the HEAt value in the setting menu. Then use the 🠋 and 🠉 buttons to select the desired mode and press the button, the controller will save the changes (there will be a short beep), and enter the settings menu. Then with a short press of B you can select the next setting for the change or exit the setting menu by holding down B for 2 sec. If no button is pressed within 5 seconds, the controller automatically exits the settings menu.
Note: the next time you enter the operating mode selection menu, the display will show the current mode.

The tool has three modes:

1) HEAt- (heating) - example of operation: set temperature 30°C, hysteresis 5°C. In this case the contacts of the controller 1 and 2 will close if the temperature goes down to 25°C and close if it reaches 30°C.

2) COOL- (cooling) - example of operation: set temperature 30°C, hysteresis 5°C. In this case the contacts of the controller 1 and 2 close when the temperature rises to 35°C and close when it drops to 30°C.

3) -[ ]-(interval) - example of operation: set temperature 30°C, hysteresis 5°C. In this case contacts 1 and 2 will always be closed in the temperature range from 25°C to 35°C.

Resetting the settings to factory default

With a short press of the B button, select in the settings menu the meaning of dEL. Then with the 🠋 and 🠉 buttons select YES or NO and press button B to confirm. If YES is selected, the controller resets the settings (there will be a long beep), and goes on to the settings menu. Then you can select the next setting by briefly pressing button B, or exit the setting menu.

Disconnection of the battery

This function allows you to disconnect the battery from the clock if it will not be used for a long time, thus prolonging its life. To perform this function, disconnect the controller from the 220V mains, then press and hold button B and apply power to the device again, while holding down button B . Then release the B button and the display will show "StOP". The next time the regulator is connected to the mains the display will show "StOP", this means that the time is not set and the battery is disconnected.

Note: the manufacturer sends the regulators with the battery disconnected.

Setting the time with a disconnected battery

The display shows "StOP", to set the time on the controller press any key. It will be necessary to set the current time. Short pressing of buttons 🠋 and 🠉 decreases or increases the significance. Button B change to day of the week d : ... . At the next press of B, exit the setting. After setting the time there will be an automatic connection to the battery. The next time you disconnect the device from the mains, you will not need to set the time again, because the clock will run on the battery.

Correcting the time

Press and hold for 2 sec. B, the controller will enter the time adjustment mode. Short pressing of buttons 🠋 and 🠉 will increase or decrease the significance. Button B switching to the day of the week d : .... The next time the B button is pressed, the controller will exit the setting.

Switching off the controller with the control button

To switch off the appliance, press for 5 seconds the 🠋 button, a short beep will sound and the display will show OFF. To switch to normal mode, press the🠋 button for 2 seconds.

Note: when using this function, temperature control and measurement does not take place, control contacts 1 and 2 are always open.

Locking of the control buttons

To enable button locking, hold button 🠉 for 5 sec. For switching to normal mode, hold down the 🠉 button for 5 sec.
Note: if this function is enabled, bLOC will be displayed when any button is pressed.

Setting the temperature over time

By briefly pressing the 🠋 or 🠉 button, you can set the temperature of the temperature point running at the time. Then press button B to confirm, the controller will save the setting. This temperature will be stored.
only to move on to the next temperature point. In the future, the temperature point will operate according to the set temperature meanings in the clock settings.
Note: if PoFF mode is selected (clock disconnected), the set temperature changes and is stored in the program.

Quick temperature change in the clock settings

With a short press of 🠋 or 🠉, change the temperature. Then press and hold button B for 2 seconds to confirm, the controller will save the changes (there will be a short beep). This temperature will be changed and saved in the clock settings of the currently active temperature point.
Note: This function allows you to quickly change the temperature of the current temperature point.

Setting the temperature by timer P..

With a short press on B, find the meaning of P.... in the settings menu Then with the 🠋 and 🠉 buttons select one of the meanings and confirm with B, the controller will save (there will be a short beep), and go on to the temperature point settings of the respective mode.

Modes variants:
PoFF - timer(timer) disconnected, operates all the time with the same temperature.
P1-1 - timer on, up to 8 temperature points can be set for each day of the week (weekly mode).
P1-5 - timer on, up to 8 temperature points can be set on the first day of the week, and are set from the 1st to the 5th day (day mode). On the 6th and 7th day of the week 8 points are set separately.
